Shipping policy

General Shipping info:

At present we're only shipping to the UK, Canada and the Netherlands, while we are actively rolling out to other countries. We have partnered with the Royal Mail, Canada Post and PostNL, therefore you should have your order within 4-7 days.

Please bear in mind, as a small independent business we do get busy, and if so it can take us a couple days to process your order before the 4-7 days shipping time - this is very rare and we do aim to get order out for shipping on the same day as the order is placed! 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking number, if you don't received this within 1-2 days (Mon-Fri) please contact us on the email below and we can reshare the info :)
